About the Event
Founded in 1940 by the late Dr. Kenneth Brown Billups, The Legend Singers Choral Ensemble is the oldest continually performing African American choral group in the United States. To celebrate this 85th season of performance, you are invited to Rhapsody in Black, a celebratory dinner and concert at the historic Phyllis Wheatley Heritage Center.
